Events for Coaches
AAICIS offers two types of events for coaches:
Coach Learning Series: one hour sessions that center on learning and address the “how” of navigating common problems of practice with tangible actions & examples from people in the role along with an opportunity to consider a participant’s unique school context.
Coaching Community Calls: one hour topic-based structured discussions. Like a meet-up, job alike, or affinity group these calls give you a chance to spend time with your AAICIS PLN to learn and grow together.

AAICIS Collaborative Learning Cohort
Our School Members are invited to join our new AAICIS Collaborative Learning Cohort as a benefit of your school membership. The purpose is to create a global, international school focused, learning cohort designed for coaches and leaders together. The cohort will support the development and sustainability of each school’s instructional coaching program by bringing school leaders and coaches together in one collaborative cohort.
By attending as a team, schools will:

- strengthen alignment on shared goals,
- bridge the gaps in shared understanding, and
- leverage existing coaching systems.

This cohort will provide time and space for coaches and leaders to connect and collaborate around big ideas and put them into practice in their unique school context. School Members are invited to bring as many team members as needed.

Leadership Learning Series: Coaching
The Leadership Learning Series: Coaching is a joint project between AAIE and AAICIS. This series aims to broaden the conversation round instructional coaching for school leaders.
We invite AAIE and AAICIS members to join us for these conversations.
